  • Your opponent also gets to discard a card from their hand when you knock & if you have sets or runs which are related to their cards they can also lay off their cards onto your related sets and runs to further educe their deadwood.
  • For example, if you have 5 deadwood & your opponent has 23 then they will score 0 points on the hand and you will score 18.
  • Points are scored based on how much deadwood players have in their hands relative to their opponent.
  • When a player knocks they can discard 1 of the 11 cards they are holding and then play the remaining cards.
